There have been two recent articles in the Canadian media concerning sex clubs and swingers. One article was about embarrassed soccer team families watching half naked swingers parade in a hotel lobby in Orlando; the other article was about the recent Supreme Court decision in Canada to legalize most sex clubs in our country.
Under the guise of ‘choice’ and ‘freedom’ western society is being besieged by a well orchestrated plan to weaken the family unit in our society by exploiting the sexual instinct in all of us. We are becoming a pornographic society without even realizing it.
As a society we are increasingly being desensitized to sexual images, language and acts like never before. This is a lot more than keeping girlie magazines behind the counter in the downtown smoke shop.
The Internet has spawned literally thousands of pornographic sites, available to anyone of any age at any time or place in the world. Internet porn is a billion dollar industry driven by greed and profit. There is not a shred of human dignity in this industry. Imagine the damaging effect on a young child whose values and emotional psyche are being formed. Society has betrayed our young people. Their innocence can be destroyed in seconds.
Of course we can’t forget about television, which is doing its part to retain its market using ‘sex’ as an advertising and programming tool every chance it gets. Profanity laced scripts and humour have made their way into the mainstream, as evidenced by the ‘nudity’ and ‘sexuality’ and ‘course language’ warnings before the programs start. Do these programs encourage respect, decency, and love for our fellow man? It’s really a joke for me to suggest it.
Our courts in Canada will not protect our traditional family values. The judges are under pressure to open the floodgates, and to forget about community standards. In a few years the sex clubs will be operating in public bars. All sense of morality has been lost.
We have seen the family unit under pressure since the 60’s but it has never been this bad. If you have children my advice is to keep them away from television and to get a child lock on your computer.
